5. Accounts & Security

  • Account Creation. Some services require an account. You must provide accurate data.
  • Security. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
  • Unauthorized Access. Notify us immediately at adm@icorp.pro if you suspect account misuse.

6. Fees, Billing & Auto-Renewals

  • Pre-payment. Fees must be paid before we start work.
  • Government & Third-Party Fees. These are separate, mandatory, and non-refundable once incurred.
  • Auto-Renewal. Registered Agent services auto-renew annually unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal.
  • Invoices. You agree to receive invoices and payment confirmations electronically.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds are not available once filings, document preparation, or third-party payments begin.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content. Website, logos, software, and templates are owned by iCorp.pro or licensed to us.
  • Customer Content. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Services.
  • Restrictions. You may not copy, resell, or misuse our content, materials, or platform.

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your use of Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
